This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
This year's theme is Action because awareness alone isn't enough. Real change happens when we take steps, however small, toward feeling better. Taking action for your own mental health doesn't have to mean overhauling your whole life. Sometimes it's one conversation, ne appointment or one decision to stop putting yourself last.
