We offer a free assessment in advance of booking a wax removal appointment if you are unsure if wax is your problem hence no cost if no wax.

We offer a free revisit if required. It rarely happens but if the wax is extremely compacted and can’t be removed fully in one session, a revisit is included in the price.

We offer free follow-up checkups to ensure that your hearing is the best it can be.
