Gwendoline house is a private residential home, which is located in the South of Gloucestershire bordering Downend, 3 miles from the centre of Bristol. It is a family run business which is owned and run by the Moss family since 1987. The home consists of converted cottages based on three floors, with chair lifts servicing each floor. We ensure that all of our resident's have that home from home feel. We have 16 single rooms. The majority of rooms are en-suite. All rooms have central heating, fitted carpets, emergency call systems and are fitted with smoke alarms, television and phone sockets. Personnel items of furniture may be brought into the home. The home also boasts an inner level courtyard with raised flowerbeds, palm trees, fountains and a fishpond. It has ample sitting areas where residents may have a chat and a cup of tea with their relatives.
