A tried and tested way to feel badass is to put in the time and effort. This is true with a yoga practice too 💪
But it’s not all about flashy poses and getting weirdly strong and flexible. It’s actually about learning tools and techniques to cope with life as well as to learn more about yourself.
(By the way, being strong and having mobility is also a very important privilege in life that we can’t take for granted).
This is the perfect combo. Practices to mak you stronger and more flexible. And then deep, healing, meditative rest in yoga nidra.
