Meet our new Yoga teacher: Izabela Folga
My name is Izabela and I have been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching since 2024. For me, yoga is about grounding and calming scattered mind. In Sanskrit it is called chitta vritti - chitta means consciousness/memory; vritti means waves. Sometimes it is also called Monkey Mind.
I have been practicing mostly Iyengar and Hatha yoga which means my practice is oriented into slow-pace and alignment.
I love teaching people and it will be an honor to share space with you!
lzabela will be teaching every Thursday 6-7pm from this week & everyone welcome 💕
