Could you spare a few minutes a month to help keep a defib rescue ready, and keep your community safe? 💚💙

We’re looking for local Defib Guardians — friendly volunteers who can keep an eye on a nearby public defib to make sure it’s there when someone needs it most.

It’s a simple role, but it could help save a life.
No skills or big time commitment are needed, just a willingness to help out your local community.

We are very excited to welcome the wonderful Camilla Harraway to the Belmont House Team 🤩

Camilla is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a specialist focus on musculoskeletal conditions. After graduating from Cardiff University in 2008, she worked across various NHS departments before focusing her skills in musculoskeletal care and moving into private practice over a decade ago.
She has a particular interest in managing chronic conditions, such as rheumatology, and is a qualified member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
As a mum and someone who values an active lifestyle, Camilla understands the importance of balance and enjoys helping her patients achieve long-term health and well-being.
