This is me and my mum.

She’s been there for me through every up and down — always patient, always strong, always on my side. I honestly don’t even want to imagine a time when she might need care. She’s so independent. So full of life.

But then again — so is your mum, isn’t she?
Or maybe your dad?

Maybe you’ve started noticing little things. A moment of confusion. A missed step. Dinner left burning on the stove.
And quietly, the worry begins to grow:

“What if something happens while I’m at work?”
“What if they fall and I’m not there?”

It’s easy to say “It’s not the right time yet.”
But I’ve seen how starting support early can make all the difference.
