Big improvements are happening at Charlotte Keel Medical Practice! 🎉

Thanks to our 15-year contract with the NHS, we’ve started making real changes to improve your experience — from a refreshed waiting area and easier check-ins, to new ways for you to take control of your health with our upcoming Patient Health Pod 💙

We’re also launching community outreach roles to help more people stay well and catch problems early — and we’re improving spaces for the staff who care for you every day.

Primary care services focus on keeping people healthy, identifying the onset of more serious conditions and supporting people closer to home. Within our Joint Forward Plan, we are focused on addressing health issues early on and supporting people to leave hospital as soon as they are medically well enough to help reduce the burden on our local hospitals.

Our core ambition is to become net zero by 2030.

We are taking greener steps to ensure we achieve this by gradually reducing the waste through reusing or recycling. Alongside our Healthier Together partners, we are working towards reusing or recycling 60% of waste in 2026, 80% by 2028 and 100% by 2030 ♻️
