🍓I’m a dabbler when it comes to exercise so could call myself no athlete! BUT each month you’ll see me running, cycling, at the gym, swimming and doing yoga classes
🍓I meditate most days
🍓I love being in nature and my connection with trees has taught me a lot about life for many years…they are magical you know!
