The success and growth of our Healthcare Centres has led to The Medical needing to look for motivated physiotherapists to join our team in our clinic in Cheltenham.
All levels of experience will be considered as support and training will be given, along with an exciting CPD programme and post graduate qualifications funded. The role will be supported by the groups Physiotherapy Director, to help develop you as an MSK clinician.
The ideal candidate will work well with other healthcare professionals, and offer the energy needed to build a vibrant and varied case load from the local community.
Our Cheltenham Clinic is set in a beautiful historic Regency style building and boasts large treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gym and a diagnostic suite utilising the most up to date movement analysis, strength and balance equipment. The multi-disciplinary team work closely together to deliver exceptional patient care and have gained a strong reputation in the region for their patient-centred gold standard care.

We offer:
· Strong internal career pathway, giving progression from Graduate to Clinical Lead / ESP if desired.
· Funded post graduate training.
· Full time Salary £26,000 - £32,000 (depending on the candidate) Part-Time Pro rata

at our Temple Quay Clinic, Bristol

The success and growth of our Healthcare Centre has led to The Medical looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our flourishing team in one of our flagship clinics in Bristol
Based in the centre of Bristol near to Temple Meads train station, the facility has been fitted out to the highest standards. It comprises 7 treatment rooms, non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, a highly equipped gym, and state of the art 3D biomechanical screening and dynamic gait analysis technology.
The role will be supported by our onsite Physiotherapy Directors, and by the groups Clinical Director to help develop you as an MSK clinician. The ideal candidate will work well with other healthcare professionals, and offer the energy needed to build a vibrant and varied case load from the local community.
All levels of experience will be considered as support and training will be given, along with an exciting CPD programme and post graduate qualifications funded. However, strong experience of MSK and manual therapy is preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Experience:

· Clinic Welcome – greet our patients when they arrive

· Reception experience – engage with our patients to ensure that their experience is excellent

· Enquiries - answer face-to-face enquiries and telephone overflow

· Booking Appointments – book patient appointments into the diary

· Managing Practitioner diaries

· Confirmations and Reminders – email appointment confirmations and reminders to patients

· Registration and Consent – ensure that new clients register fully and consent to the terms of business and to clinical assessment

· Cancellations and DNAs (Did Not Attend) – manage the cancellation and DNA processes from end-to-end

· Payment – take payment from private patients

OTHER DETAILS

Working hours:

Friday 7.45am - 3:45pm

Saturday 7:45pm - 1:15pm (3 out of 4)

The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work and be available to help with holiday and sickness cover.

Candidates applying need to have experience of and be confident handling busy customer-facing shifts.

Clinic scheduling software training will be provided prior to and beyond the start date.
