Jess van Delft Yoga

Welcome to my page! I am a Bristol-based yoga teacher, teaching adult classes and fun and active parent and toddler yoga play sessions. I am currently studying to complete my Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with Birthlight. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years. I started my working life teaching in secondary schools and working for a children’s charity and after having my own baby 4 years ago my priorities shifted and I decided to retrain as a yoga teacher. My style is Hatha flow. I work in a gentle, restorative way, moving in tune with the breath. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore their practice. I absolutely love creating and running sessions for toddlers! They are so creative and dynamic, always surprising, and always great fun! My areas of special interest are: women’s yoga, pregnancy and post-natal yoga, children’s yoga and yoga for mental health.

Current Classes:

Tuesdays 2pm and 3pm upstairs at The Greenbank Pub, Easton, BS5 6DP

Wednesdays 2pm at Trinity Henleaze United Reformed Church, BS9 4BT
