As I always say - us consultants are members first 🥰

It’s been hard starting another weight loss journey (after indulging too much in my pregnancy with my youngest) but there is something empowering about living a lifestyle I support people with every week. It’s also amazing being able to show my gorgeous members that I GET IT, we’re on this together and when you really do it, it really works!

I’m a huge advocate of progress not perfection - I could have got there sooner, but I’m proud I’ve lost 2stone this year as I know I’m making small changes that are adding up to big results and will help me keep the weight off when I’m back at my target weight 🥰
