Last week we swapped burpees for bubbles (or pints) and celebrated the absolute legends that show up week after week 👏

And of course… the iconic KANE CUP was awarded 🏆
For the most improved… aka “being less crap” (said with love 😂)

Because that’s what this is really about — not perfection, not being the fittest in the room… but showing up, pushing yourself, and getting better each time.

Today is International Women’s Day 💫

A reminder that women’s bodies are powerful, resilient and worthy of care.

Every week I work with women who are carrying a lot — physically and emotionally.Stress, fatigue, motherhood, recovery, hormonal shifts, past trauma… life leaves its imprint on the body.

And yet the female body has an incredible ability to heal, adapt and rebuild when given the right support.

My work is about creating space for that healing.Through massage, movement and body awareness, helping women reconnect with themselves and feel strong in their bodies again.

To every woman doing her best today — you are stronger than you realise.
