Classes are starting again from 7th April and I now have just a few spaces remaining:

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday 1:30pm (General) – 3 spaces
🧘‍♀️ Wednesday 9:00am (Mixed General & Spine Care) – 2 spaces

All other classes are fully booked 🙏🏼

These classes are perfect for:

Do you, or someone you know suffer with a chronic illness or mobility challenge e.g.: MS, scoliosis or a problem caused by an injury?

If so, have you ever considered visiting us at the studio?

I support a number of people in these situations who have tried a number of approaches to improve or support their mobility and the results they've been able to achieve here have been really impactful for them in their day to day life.

My studio is full of state of the art, full-motion, large scale Pilates equipment and I've got extensive experience as a PT as well as a Pilates instructor and sports massage therapist, meaning I can support you in a unique and powerful way. We also offer scar therapy massage to help minimise the impact of scarring on your comfort and movement.

January 2026 availability - it is with a very grateful heart to all of you who have booked a space, we start our new courses tomorrow with mostly full classes. 2 spaces left for this term in our Wednesday 10.15am mixed general/spine care class. This is a super class, with wonderful clients/students. Lots of modifications & options to suit your body & any bone, joint or spinal conditions.
