November is Men’s Health Awareness Month
This month aims to raise awareness about men’s health issues, particularly prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.

One of the key areas we don’t often see discussed in men’s health conversations is fertility. Male infertility contributes to nearly 50% of all infertility cases. Factors such as lifestyle choices, environmental influences, and underlying medical conditions can impact s***m health and fertility. It’s important to prioritize reproductive health just as much as physical and mental well-being.

At abc ivf our team are here to support your through your fertility journey, including investigations into your reproductive health and treatment options including fertility preservation.

This , we encourage open conversations about fertility and reproductive health. By addressing these topics and seeking medical support, you can take actionable steps toward ensuring your overall well-being and reducing the stigma around health issues that affect so many.

Today for National Fertility Awareness Week, we asked our two of our patients Jhaenelle and Tim to share their advice on navigating fertility treatment in the workplace.

Experiencing fertility issues can have a significant emotional impact, which is why our team emphasise how important it is to prioritise your wellbeing, as well as your physical health during treatment.

Jhaenelle shared that she was able to be open and honest with her employer throughout her fertility journey.

Today for we highlight the importance of employers providing support and creating an environment where open dialogue around any health care treatment is encouraged and nurtured.
