Super excited to announce that will be joining us on Friday 1st August to facilitate 2 aufguss sessions throughout the day.

11am - Energising Aufguss, a session to naturally boost endorphin levels and uplift your mood.

6pm - Journeys By Steam, a session designed around transporting you around the globe through the use of music, aromas, breathwork and steam manipulation.

Nick’s three loves in life are the environment, music and of course, sauna! He was first drawn as a student to ecology and a Biological Sciences degree, but not feeling that as a career, he then worked himself up from tea-boy to heading up the Promotions Department and then A&R at Island Records - working hands-on with many artists, including: Amy Winehouse, PJ Harvey, Orbital and The Sugababes. Latterly, having retrained, he’s been able to bring his love of sauna, music and scientific background together, to bring his unique take on Aufguss to saunas and spa’s across Sussex and London.

We’ve teamed up with Fishponds Run Club to bring you a morning that’s all about movement, community, and proper recovery.

- Start the day with a 5K trail run led by the FRC crew – beginning and ending at Sivo HQ (Leigh Court).
- Enjoy the peaceful trails of Leigh Woods – the kind of route that makes you forget you’re even running.
- Finish strong and head straight into our wood-fired Saunas and Ice Baths in the Wellness Garden – because recovery is where the magic happens.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just fancy a jog with good people – all abilities are welcome.

📍 Start location: Sivo HQ, Leigh Court

Our next Sivo Sunday club!! Sunday 6th July

Join us this Sunday Afternoon to Recharge and reconnect with yourself and others.

For just £35pp, Sivo Sunday Club, offers gentle Yoga and Breathwork to regulate your nervous system, followed by an opportunity to unwind in our wood fired Saunas and if your up for it take the plunge in our ice cold baths. In between all of this you can settle down with a coffee in our tranquil wellness garden and take in the beautiful surroundings.

This Sunday 6th from 2-5pm.

Join us this weekend whether that be by yourself or with a group of friends, everyone is welcome!
