Sure, solo workouts can be productive. Headphones in, no one talking, you VS the weights.
BUT… how often can that turn into:
▪️skipping the last set
▪️zoning out between exercises
▪️quietly leaving early because “I’ll finish it at home”
▪️OR not coming at all?! 👀
