🔴CANCELLATIONS AND AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS 🔴
The past few weeks have been inundated with cancellations due to illness and covid! Hope everyone is keeping well and starting to feel better!! Please do remember that I am self employed and times like this become rather stressful and hard!! This being said I have a few cancellations this week.
Wednesday 30th- 10:15-11:15
Thursday 31st- 10:45-11:45 or 1:15-2:15

New treatment!!
To complement our existing therapies, I have spent the last 2 days learning all about dry needling. Dry needling helps painful trigger points by decreasing tightness, increasing blood flow and can be beneficial for many types of musculoskeletal pain. This will soon be available to all clients. If you are unable to lie in the standard massage position there are plenty of alternatives that we can do to suit your needs. Please message prior to your appointment to discuss options if necessary

Newest piece of equipment in our treatment room. The affinity massage to go. This can be used for people who are unable to lie on there front (ie pregnant women or anyone who finds it uncomfortable to lie on there front). The position you can sit in can be easily changed by raising or lowering the bed, or adjusting the head rest. If you think this may suit you more for your massage please don’t hesitate to get in touch ☺️

After having many cancellations recently I’ve decided to repost my cancellation policy so that it is clear to all existing and new clients. I am very open with my cancellation policy and want all clients to be able to access it. This is also sent out in confirmation messages when first booking an appointment with me. I really appreciate all the support from my regular clients that keep me very busy! Thank you!
