Our early risers at our 7am Friday morning class, before heading to Whiteladies road to join the runners and HIIT guys for coffee all before 9am! What a way to start the day, would recommend! 🩵

Fridays we go for coffee! The 7am runners, yogis and HIIT folk join forces for a morning coffee and vitamin S (S for social!) fix. What a better way to end the week 🧘‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️☕️💬💜 shoutout to Andy at La Tazza for his big smile, impressive capacity to remember our orders and his delicious coffee and baked goods

Our space, ready to be filled with energy and movement, exploration and discovery. This space has been our home for the last 4 years and many moments of joy, improvement, strength has been experienced here. We are so proud to be able to share these moments with our many wonderful members. Long may it continue! We are so here for 2026! 👌🩵🙏

Thursday 6pm hatha yoga class saw us strengthening through the mid body and lengthening the back of the body and loosening into the hips, paired with breathwork and movement, we all left feeling stronger and relaxed ✨

Ready for our students to arrive to our Sunday evening restorative class in our wonderful studio where we slow everything down, take our journey inwards, connect our breath with our movement, creating opportunities for self discovery and of course rest. Think slow considered poses, twists, folds, long holds and calming breathwork, essential oils and mini savasana massage to end your week, bliss or as we say in Sanskrit, Ananda. Allowing ourselves to fully and completely let go in these precious moments 🙏
