11 years of helping people lose weight, without going hungry.
The Woman’s Own, out tomorrow, has free membership.
This is the last chance to weigh in 2024. Groups at 9am and 10:30am tomorrow morning and the scales will be open between 5:30-7:30 tomorrow evening. Everyone welcome 😍
