We have wonderful new neighbours and delicious eggs in our new place and need them to sustain us during this crazy busy time.

Lots of eggs plus an abundance of Patience is required to help with the 1,000 jobs needing doing. Yoga helps keep my perspective in check in the midst of all the chaos and change.

There’s another view worth discovering. Read my latest blog post to find a fresh perspective that makes yoga easier than you’d like to think. And here lies the secret to success.

There is always a way to work with yoga postures, breathwork, and develop strength, stability, focus and calm.

Sometimes it needs modified postures to access all the benefits. The challenges can still be there for progression and engagement, with the right support to help.

Join me every Wednesday for a modified gentle yoga practice with chair options throughout for those who want them. Traditional yoga with postures, breath and meditative space.

Wednesdays 1:30pm
