The power of water… hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Drinking water after a massage is a simple but powerful way to support your body. Massage encourages your muscles, tissues, and circulation to shift and release, and staying hydrated helps your system rebalance gently and comfortably.

Why does this matter?

- Water helps your body clear what’s been released.
During a massage, tension and metabolic waste stored in your muscles begin to move. Drinking water gives your kidneys what they need to naturally flush out these byproducts, helping you feel lighter and more refreshed.
