To all of our lovely customers, please rest assured that we will not be closing the practice for the planned national lockdown tomorrow as we are classified as an essential service.

If you have spectacles or contact lenses on order then please don't worry, all orders are progressing well and you will be able to book a time to pop in and collect your goods once we have advised you that they are ready.

If you have an appointment booked, please attend as scheduled. We are still able to offer both emergency and routine eyecare.

The practice will be closing at 5:00pm today for the Bank Holiday weekend.
We will re-open Tuesday 1st of September at 9:00am.

Here at Goatman & Batham we have been busy all week getting ready to open again on Tuesday 23rd June on an appointment only basis.

We are now able to offer both private and NHS routine eye examinations, and contact lens consultations too!
We are prepared with all the appropriate PPE, hand sanitser so we can all stay safe.

You will notice a few changes to how we operate, full details will be provided when you book your appointment, but here are a few of the most important things to expext:

* Please attend your appointment alone, unless you have dependents or need a carer with you.
* Please wear a face covering to your appointment, we will be too.
* There is a bell to ring for admittance to the practice, please ring when you arrive for you. appointment. Hand sanitiser will be available at the door.
* We are no longer accepting cash payments.
