✨ An Update & A New Chapter ✨
Over the past few years, my life has gone through a significant change — one that called for resilience, adaptability, and a return to what truly matters. As a result, my work has naturally evolved.
With over 21 years’ experience as a complementary therapist, supported by my MSc in Integrated Healthcare, I’ve realigned my business so everything now sits more clearly and intentionally together. Lorraine Millard Therapies is my professional practice, where I offer Aromatherapy and Hypnotherapy through 1:1 sessions, as well as Sunday Soaks — small group experiences combining guided relaxation and creativity.
Alongside this sits Goddess Within, my self-care and ritual range. These products are created or carefully curated from ethical, cruelty-free brands and are inspired directly by my therapy work. They’re designed for those who want simple, meaningful ways to support wellbeing, confidence, rest, and self-connection in everyday life.

Transition into Autumn ⛅️
When the Sun moves into Libra at the autumn equinox, I always feel reflective as I circle another solar new year- I'm a Librian! I find it natural to seek rituals that mirror this seasonal shift.
Essential oils play a gentle but meaningful role in supporting that transition. Essential oils 🍂for the season include
🍂 Earthy, grounding oils such as cedarwood, patchouli, vetiver and frankincense.
🍊 Bright, sweetness to light up the darker days? Grapefruit essential oil is an absolute , joyful favourite. Also, sweet orange, mandarin and bergamot
🍂 Evoking comfort and warmth may be essential oils of cinnamon, cardamon, black pepper and clove.

Cancellations. A 24 hr. cancellation policy is in place. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hrs. may incur a charge. For 2 or more cancellations, a booking fee will be required for future bookings
Loyalty Card. For our valued customers, a loyalty gift given at the 6th treatment booked and paid for, including Hypnotheray sessions. . Cards valued for 1 year from first date recorded on card. Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Loyalty gifts may vary and are priced between £5 and £10.
Ivy House Gift Certificates - COVID- 19 UPDATE -
Expiry date on Gift Vouchers (purchased by you) will be extended by 3 months from the first day that ivy House Therapies reopens.
Expiry date on Gift Vouchers won in raffles/promotions. If the expiry date was originally indicated after March 17th, 2020, a 1 month extension will be given from the first day that Ivy House Therapies reopens.
