I use practical, structured, and well-researched strategies to help you make positive changes in your life in a relatively short period of time. I work with you to look at what you want to achieve (the solution) rather than at whatever prompted you to seek help (the problem).

Hello, my name is Lorraine Millard and I offer an effective combination of therapeutic techniques to encourage physical and mental wellbeing. With over 16 years’ experience in massage and bodywork, clinical aromatherapy and more recently, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I work with you to achieve ease in mind and body. Massage and hypnotherapy can be taken as separate treatments or combined in your wellness plan.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
Ivy House Hypnotherapy is open, and over the past few weeks, I have been supporting people via telephone. Skype and Zoom. I understand that during these uncertain times, anxiety can build up. If you would like support with this, your initial consultation is offered free of charge and subsequent hypnotherapy sessions online will be offered at a special price during 'lock down' - please see services section for more info. Cancellations. A 24 hr. cancellation policy is in place. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hrs. may incur a charge. For 2 or more cancellations, a booking fee will be required for future bookings
Loyalty Card. For our valued customers, a loyalty gift given at the 6th treatment booked and paid for, including Hypnotheray sessions. . Cards valued for 1 year from first date recorded on card. Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Loyalty gifts may vary and are priced between £5 and £10.
Ivy House Gift Certificates - COVID- 19 UPDATE -
Expiry date on Gift Vouchers (purchased by you) will be extended by 3 months from the first day that ivy House Therapies reopens.
Expiry date on Gift Vouchers won in raffles/promotions. If the expiry date was originally indicated after March 17th, 2020, a 1 month extension will be given from the first day that Ivy House Therapies reopens.
Gift Certificates - General.
* Hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Can be used to purchase treatments or your cruelty free skin care and essential oils from stock in the Ivy House Therapy Room.
* Can be used for online purchases in my shop but orders must be placed by me as they are not NYR vouchers. Orders under £35 may incur a delivery fee which will be deducted out of the voucher amount.
