So as most of you will already be aware, I’ll be heading off on an adventure on the 27th August for 3 weeks. If you haven’t already done so and were either planning to have a massage this month or would prefer not to be waiting too long for an appointment on my return, please get in touch ASAP to secure your slot.

Sadly our Pura Vida Instagram profile has been hacked and completely taken over, despite having all the two factor authentication security settings on. So if any of you follow it, the username has now been changed to purapies_luna so I would recommend searching it in your 'following' list and then blocking it.

And if you're feeling extra helpful, please use the three dots to report the profile as hacked and profile changed before you block it. The more reports the better to hopefully get it shut down completely.

Both the Pura Vida and Paw Vida Facebook accounts and Paw Vida Instagram are all running as normal and long may that continue.

Congratulations to all of my clients (and everyone else) who took part in the GetPRO Bath Half today and raised money for their chosen charities. All the training was worth it and paid off in the end!

Another lovely Pamper evening for a beautiful bunch of ladies this weekend. We worked out I’d been treating them for nearly a decade! It’s been an honour to have been involved in their hen parties, baby showers and big birthday celebrations along the way. ❤️

So Chris Rea has finally made an appearance which can only mean one thing, that’s a wrap for 2024. As always, thank you to every single person who has supported my business this year, I couldn’t do it without you.

This isn’t just a job for me, it’s a little community, and I’m very lucky that so many of you who have been with me from the early days have become such great friends, and I’m treated like one of the family.

I’m taking a well needed rest for a couple of weeks and will be back raring to go on the 6th of January.

And just like that….(six months later)…the new couch I have been promising has finally arrived! Same, same, but different, and no sign of any tape! Brand new carry case too but please allow an extra 5-10mins after your massage for me to negotiate said couch back into said case! 🤦🏻‍♀️
