Let's hope this workout will encourage you to start using the outdoor gym at Victoria Park, Bristol It would be lovely to see more women using it and thatโs why I created this video so you know where to start.
๐ถ 6 months ago I walked past this gym thinking "Whatโs the point using this place, if I can't do a pull up." I am glad I took on the challenge and started training there. I now understand, why a pull up is the best exercise for the arms, back and shoulders.
๐ถ You probably feel the same way now as I did. Thinking I will never be able to pull myself up. The minute you decide to start training using this workout to make small steps towards your goal you will realise how achievable it is. Your first pull up may take a long time, however you will start to notice the benefits very soon.
