Let's hope this workout will encourage you to start using the outdoor gym at Victoria Park, Bristol It would be lovely to see more women using it and thatโ€™s why I created this video so you know where to start.
๐Ÿ”ถ 6 months ago I walked past this gym thinking "Whatโ€™s the point using this place, if I can't do a pull up." I am glad I took on the challenge and started training there. I now understand, why a pull up is the best exercise for the arms, back and shoulders.
๐Ÿ”ถ You probably feel the same way now as I did. Thinking I will never be able to pull myself up. The minute you decide to start training using this workout to make small steps towards your goal you will realise how achievable it is. Your first pull up may take a long time, however you will start to notice the benefits very soon.
๐Ÿ‘‰If you decide to start doing this workout I am happy to offer you FREE 1/2h PT to help you gain confidence so carry on your own.
