The refit of the practice is coming on well. Everything has been stripped out and we’ve taken delivery of the new units. Time for painting and decorating! Who knew our staff had all these other skills? See you all on the 11th April.

Nearly half of adults never wear sunglasses to protect their eyes from the sunlight - with Gen Z most likely to ditch the shades. A poll of more than 2,000 adults revealed young people are less likely to wear sunglasses than older generations - with less than a third (29 percent) of 18-24-year-olds....

How amazing is nature? Did you know, Beavers have developed an extra translucent eyelid that they use when swimming underwater to protect the eye yet enable them to still see? They have also developed ways to block their nostrils and ears. Incredible!
