Maybe you are running low on energy and need a lift through breathwork and movement? Maybe you have an injury - be it old or new - that needs some attention, as well as the surrounding over worked muscles?
                                                                                                                                                    Yoga can be for anyone, each person will find a different meaning behind it. For some it will also be a means of strengthening while for others working on flexibility - it’s about finding our own strengths and weaknesses that we want to work with - both on and off the mat. To look at how our bodies, breath and mind combine to work together can only be a good thing if you ask me!!
