💚 Strength isn’t silence 💚
This is what real strength looks like 💪
Snowy is an old football friend of mine, a dad and someone who has been through a lot. Life knocked him sideways …. relationship breakdowns, dark periods, unhealthy coping mechanisms and instead of staying stuck, he chose to rebuild 👏
He shows up. He puts the work in. He keeps going, even when it’s hard. And I couldn’t be prouder of the man Snowy is becoming 🙌
Training isn’t just about muscles or fitness. It’s a lifeline for many people. A place to breathe, to reset, to feel capable again. What makes this even more special is that Snowy trains alongside his daughter, rebuilding his health while strengthening their bond 🩷
Men’s mental health still isn’t talked about enough. Too many men feel they have to stay quiet and carry everything alone 😔 But strength isn’t silence. Strength is showing up, asking for help and choosing better, one day at a time.
I’m genuinely proud of this man. And if anyone reading this is struggling or feels like they don’t know where to start, my door is always open. For training, for talking, going for a walk and/or coffee or simply for taking that first step 🪜
Keep going. Keep breathing. Keep choosing yourself.
Check in on your family relatives, your mates, especially the strong ones. Talking saves lives 🗣️
