It’s Our new Physiotherapy assistant
With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, specialising in techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, Indian head, Thai foot, and pregnancy massage. She takes an holistic, client-centered approach to ensure each individual’s needs are met.
Her qualifications include an ITEC in Anatomy and Physiology, certification as a Touch Pro practitioner, and specialised certifications for pregnancy, deep tissue, Indian head, hot stone, facials and Thai foot massage.
Since 2005, she has focused on seated acupressure massage in workplace settings. At Rome Physio, Claire is working as a physiotherapy assistant and incorporates Klaser and Indiba technologies to promote faster recovery for our patients. In her free time, she enjoys travelling with her family, pottery and growing plants on her allotment.

🌟 Meet Romyna 🌟
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC Registered
Hi everyone! I’m Romyna, a senior physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal orthopaedic and neurological conditions. I focus on rehabilitation, lower limb injuries, shoulder issues, and spinal pain. My passion is helping you recover well, move better, and get back to the activities you love!
I provide 1:1 physiotherapy at both Rome Physio Hotwells and Rome Physio Rehab St George. As a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, I incorporate various therapeutic techniques to enhance your care, including Indiba and Klaser 2 devices to improve treatment quality.
Outside of the clinic, I practice what I preach! As a Feldenkrais practitioner, I’m also into Awareness Through Movement classes, long walks, and recently discovered the joys of Pickleball. I live locally with my husband, Patrick, and our two cats. I strive to bring a warm, down-to-earth vibe to the clinic—along with a touch of humor to keep things relaxed.

Children can safely be treated with K-Laser Therapy! The treatment feels warm and it’s not painful, and there are no contraindications for growth plates.
Many studies have been published on paediatric patients. Kids love it!

What kids can expect
* Comfortable treatment: The therapy is non-invasive and feels warm, not painful.
* Safety: Patients and clinicians wear special goggles to protect the eyes.
* Post-treatment: your physio will apply moisturizer to the area after the treatment is complete.
