Crazy how great a picture looks when taken with a professional camera. Ain't no camera gonna give you abs though. Maybe with some Adobe skills 🤷🏻‍♂️.⠀

Let's quickly talk aesthetics satisfaction. Cause that's something I never fully had. This is what a bodybuilding style of living, combined with a suboptimal human personality trait - 'perfectionist' cough* - results in. I could only see imperfections and areas of improvement.⠀

A prove of that would be all the pictures that I have taken which are IG worthy quality, that I never posted. And there are "IG influencers" that make a living just from half naked posts 😅.⠀

(Why are you posting this then, Hudson?! To grab your attention, keep reading!).⠀

Nothing against looking good and feeling confident, but it's important to know, that many have a price to pay, often unfortunately in some form of disordered eating and/or other "unideal" behaviour.⠀

Even though I haven't personally battled with any major disordered eating behaviour (I'll make a post on this), I realise it's something a lot of people struggle with.⠀

If there's a subject I'm really looking forward to deeply exploring in my current nutrition studies with , is the behaviour change aspect. I really want to help people out, and there's a lot to be said about our previous personal experiences and relationships with food (among other things) that affect our current behaviour relating to nutrition.⠀
