My facials include a cleanse, tone, exfoliation, massage, a mask then more sculpting massage to lift, tone and aid circulation to both skin and muscles of the face.

Benefits include easing of joint and muscle stiffness, allieviates any mental tension and stress and improves circulation resulting in a reduced swelling in the legs and feet. Treatment length 1 hour and only recommended after the 1st trimester £55 - 60 minutes

We're having a lovely relaxing Sunday🌸 Gave my daughter a soothing Indian head massage which is the perfect way to de- stress after a busy week of school or work..Any age can benefit from this massage 🌸❤️
I love giving this massage, and its not just the head that gets a massage, the face gets included too! This massage can really make a difference to how you feel. The head, neck & face hold so much tension.
