New Recipe Sunday:
Edamame bean dip /spread

3 cups defrosted edamame beans
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons FERMARY fermented .uk jalapeΓ±o sauce (or any of your favourite green hot sauce)
Lime juice (to taste)
100 g plain strained Greek yoghurt
2 -3 tbs olive oil, I use
Salt and pepper to taste

Simply blitz in a food processor or high speed blender πŸ’š

Per 1/6 of the recipe - 10-11g protein, 3g fibre, 7g carbohydrate, 10g of fat (using 2tbs olive oil), 160cal. Isoflavones 16-23g πŸ’š

Lunch - sweet potato hash browns, eggs with kimchi salt, tropical kimchi, avocado and rocket πŸ’š
