Ruby’s Story 🌿✨
Im a competitive swimmer and train anything up to twenty hours a week. I had been struggling with shoulder issues for two years before coming to Willow chiropractic. I had tried many treatments including physio therapy but was still having pain in my shoulders but since coming to Willow Chiropractic for treatment it has helped me so much, I am no longer experiencing the excruciating pain that was causing me to stop training.

I’m so thankful to Sarah treating me that I was able to get back to full training and competing so much so I was able to achieve my goal of qualifying in several events for British and English nationals and coming away with a silver medal in the 100m Butterfly.

Earlier this week we went out into the community with one of our patients and volunteered with litter picking!

Our Bedminster team enjoyed a morning of litter picking with long standing patient and Chair of Whitchurch Wombles Lisa Weare to help our local area and community.

Lisa is a woman on a mission and does a great job helping keep Bedminster and the Bristol area a cleaner environment and has been part of the litter picking community for many years. Keeping up with her regular adjustments and taking care of her spinal health, enables Lisa to continue with her passion as the miles of walking and carrying heavy equipment can be a strain on the body.
