In a massage today I found myself inviting breath through the sacrum as though it was an open gateway. What happens when the sacrum breathes? When each little groove and bump of its shape is felt, and welcome to be its powerful self. When it can feel a met-ness through touch. When upper and lower body remember their kinship.. when we remember our kinship with the sacred and the wildly natural forces of what we are, and what moves us. I'm wondering what happens when I make decisions from there. From the place where the gateway is open, shameless, unburdened, alive, breathing.

Saturday morning massage starting with some fascia work on the back, into some deep shoulder work, flowing into the lomi lomi ocean with long whole-body strokes, lapping at the feet combined with fascia intentions, and some energy listening and body blessings.
