Life lately: full-on, full-hearted and fuelled by iced coffee + wild joy.

In the last few weeks I’ve…

🌴 Filmed a groundbreaking menopause documentary in Costa Rica
💻 Been rebuilding my website from the ground up — it’s in progress right now and I can’t wait to share the finished version (hopefully with no major interruptions 🤞)
🚀 Been quietly working on a series of new projects and partnerships focused on menopause and men’s health — game-changing stuff that I’m beyond excited about
🎒 Started the countdown to my youngest finishing primary school in two weeks — all parents will know the end-of-term chaos (and emotion!) that comes with it
🎪 Danced through Glastonbury (epic), with more festivals and family adventures still to come

And somewhere in the middle of all that… I’m remembering to come back to me.

What’s keeping me grounded right now?
🌊 Swimming — sea, pool, lake, plunge pool… if it's water, I’m in
🚶‍♀️ Daily walks — currently timed for early mornings or late evenings to protect Bonnie’s paws
🍽 Sometimes skipping cooking altogether and heading out for dinner with the kids (connection > cleaning up)
💛 Hanging out with my favourite
🌅 And taking a moment to feel lucky — truly lucky — to live by the sea, especially with the Lyme Bay dolphins making their rounds

➡️ Swipe through for a little slice of the adventure, the chaos and the calm.

If you’re feeling the stretch of this season too, you’re not alone. What’s keeping you grounded right now? I’d love to know. 💫

✨ So grateful for this beautiful review from a client I’ve been working with recently.

When we first connected, she was dealing with hormone imbalances, fatigue, and persistent digestive symptoms. Within just a few weeks of personalised support, including functional testing, supplements, and a realistic, sustainable plan, her energy lifted, her bloating eased, and her PMS symptoms became far more manageable.

💛 What made the biggest difference? She committed to the process, stayed open to new ideas, and made space in her busy life for small, powerful changes.

If you're navigating perimenopause, gut issues, or simply want to feel better in your body – message me. I'de love to explore how we could work together.

15 years in wellness… and here’s something I’ve come to truly understand.

When I first started out, long before I became a registered Nutritional Therapist 12 years ago, I believed healing was about removing.

No gluten. No dairy. No sugar. No margin for error.

And at times, especially when supporting clients through complex gut or hormonal issues, targeted restriction can be an important part of the process.

But what I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is that long-term wellness is far more about what we build in.

✨ More colour
✨ More fibre
✨ More joy
✨ More life

Yes, elimination protocols have their place. But over time, restriction can start to feel like fear. And fear has no place at the table.

These days, I see health in a much broader light.

It’s in the belly laughter.
It’s in the ease of sharing food without anxiety.
It’s in the understanding that one “off” meal doesn’t undo your progress.

Joy is a nutrient too. And for many, reclaiming joy is the missing piece.

So if you're early on in your wellness journey and restriction feels safe right now, I see you, I’ve been there.
But if you're feeling worn out by all the rules… this is your reminder that balance is not only possible, it’s powerful.

I'd love to know, what does balance look like for you at the moment?

I’m heading to Costa Rica to film a groundbreaking menopause documentary! 🎥🌴

I’ve been keeping this quiet for a while, but I’m thrilled to finally share what I’ve been working on.

I’m honoured to be heading to Costa Rica next week as the Nutrition Advisor for , joining the cast of “Four Days”, a powerful new documentary directed by the incredible Charles Mattocks.

We’ll be exploring how culture, nutrition, and environment shape the menopause experience—and why this stage of life deserves far more support than it gets.

It’s a privilege to be part of this groundbreaking project alongside so many leading voices in the menopause space. I’ll be filming alongside:

, , , , .chmielewski, &

We’ll be capturing conversations, expert insights, and personal stories to shed light on how we can better support women through this transition—no matter where they are in the world.

I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes moments all week—so follow along for a dose of sunshine, science, and inspiration. ☀️

💥 Constantly tired, craving sugar, and running on fumes? You might be dealing with adrenal fatigue.

Your adrenal glands may be tiny — just walnut-sized — but they do big things. They produce over 50% of the hormones that regulate your energy, immune system, blood pressure, and more. When you’re under long-term stress, these little powerhouses can burn out… and the result? Exhaustion, hormone imbalance, and a body that just can’t keep up anymore.

Sarah’s story is a powerful example. Through testing, targeted nutrition and supplements, we supported her adrenal function — and the change was incredible for her

✨ If this sounds familiar, know that you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. Your body wants to heal — it just needs the right support.
