Well, I read, a lot!

It always starts with a detailed Chinese medicine diagnosis to guide me to the best channels to work on. Each acupuncture point has its own unique function, spirit and effect on the body and mind. After thorough research, points are very carefully selected and tailored to specific signs, symptoms and your individual constitution. No two treatments will be the same.

Hi, I'm Charlotte, a traditional Five Element Acupuncturist and I treat my patients from clinics in Bristol.

I was awarded a distinction in a degree-level Professional Licentiate in Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa. I am registered with The British Acupuncture Council and Professional Standards Authority.

Chinese medicine is an endlessly fascinating subject and I love introducing this perspective of health to my patients and seeing the transformation it can have. I support people to overcome symptoms, restore their health and regain a more balanced lifestyle.

I work in general practice and am happy to see people with a wide range of conditions and ailments. I have a particular interest in women's health, chronic pain and mental health.
