Movement has already changed
Muscles are guarding
Pain has had time to settle in

Prevention isn’t flashy.
It doesn’t make headlines.

But it does work.

Regular check-ins help:
Catch restrictions early
Keep joints moving well
Reduce the chance of flare-ups stopping you doing what you enjoy
