We’re proud to share the success of our recent partnership with Tent UK, supporting refugees into meaningful employment and helping build brighter futures. 🌍💫

Thanks to this collaboration, three refugee jobseekers have started new careers at our hospital — contributing to our sterile services and theatre teams. This journey began with a careers open day and continued with tailored support in CV writing, interview prep, and insights into both NHS and private care environments!
