Big thanks to Heaven Soda for sending us some samples to try. Customers appreciated a cold drink after class!
Do check them out; Flavour or function? We said both.
Prebiotics, live cultures, apple cider vinegar, magnesium - all in one can.
Because soda should lift you up, not weigh you down. ✨
Great ingredients. Bold flavour. No compromise.

Ruba is a yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the practice as a tool for both personal and collective transformation.
Her journey is rooted in traditional philosophy, modern anatomy, and trauma-aware, inclusive practice. Guided by curiosity, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning, Ruba holds space for people to reconnect to themselves through movement, breath, and rest. Her classes are invitational and grounding, designed to meet people where they are, whether they’re brand new to yoga or returning to the mat.
Outside the pod, Ruba works in global education, and brings this passion for learning, equity, and cultural awareness into how she teaches.

On to introducing our amazing cover team and first up is Amy. Amy began her physical Yoga journey a few years back whilst living abroad – however never realised how great of an impact Yoga would have on her later in life. She kept some physical form of Yoga practice up over the years and started to notice the benefits emerging in the background (if not yet fully acknowledging them!). She really wants to share the positive affect Yoga has had on her with others, with the aim of hoping they experience some benefits too. Comment below what your favourite thing about Amy’s teaching is.

Lucy first fell in love with hot yoga in her early twenties and now enjoys teaching dynamic and energising classes with the aim of leaving students feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to tackle the challenges outside of the pod. Those of you who practice with Lucy regularly know she is an extrovert at heart who loves chatting to people off the mat as much as guiding people on it. While yoga is often viewed as a solitary practice, you can often find Lucy hosting a variety of movement based events and retreats which offer a unique and joyful opportunity to form closer bonds with fellow students. Lucy teaches in the pod every Thursday and Friday. Tell us in the comments what you love most about their teaching.

Life can feel very fast-paced sometimes, and Hannah loves how yoga can help us to slow down, feeling calmer and more grounded. Hannah is confident that you don’t need to be bendy or super zen to practice yoga, and she enjoys supporting yoga students to focus on their own body and breath, rather than worrying about what they look like or what others are doing. Hannah’s yoga classes are never too serious, and she guides students with warmth and friendliness. Drop a comment below to let Hannah know how their classes make you feel.

Emma discovered the power and enjoyment of yoga following years in the travel and leisure industry, travelling the world as cabin crew and enjoying yoga across the globe.
Trained by Hotpod Yoga, Hackney she completed her 200 hours teacher training in Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, in 2023. Continuing studying different forms of yoga including chair, wall and partner alongside massage therapies Emma loves the holistic and nourishing nature of yoga along with the strength and relaxation it embodies.
“For years I had to encourage people to sit down and fasten their seatbelts, and now all I want them to do is move.” Visiting Hotpod as a customer made me feel I had found something special. The other instructors were so encouraging when I told them of my dream to teach. Comment below what makes their classes special for you.

Nina’s approach to teaching yoga creates a space for inclusivity. Nina believes that Yoga is a physical practice that allows us to create change and with that we learn patience and acceptance. We look for strength and length on our mats, for adaption and exploration in the mind and importantly choices across the board. Nina teaches in the pod every Wednesday and Friday.

Rachel started teaching Yoga in 2016. Since then, she’s taught thousands of yoga classes, taught on yoga retreats, teacher trainings and workshops. As well as teaching here at the pod, she also teaches community classes in central Bristol and corporate sessions for businesses that provide yoga for their staff. Rachel has studied and practices several styles of yoga. Weaving these approaches into her classes means they are varied, creative, challenging (with options for differing levels of ability and energy levels) and fun. Rachel likes to keep her classes focused but not too serious! Before teaching yoga full time, Rachel spent over 10 years working as a mental health nurse. Rachel loves the physical and mental benefits yoga can promote. She’s super relaxed about what shapes you make, as long as they feel right for you! Rachel teaches in the pod every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

At Hotpod Yoga we run hot Vinyasa yoga classes in our portable inflatable heated studio – our ‘pod’! Our pods are one-of-a-kind designed from scratch for a perfect hot yoga environment. The pod and teachers offer the sort of yoga experience that works for real life and normal humans. We stretch out the office hunch and steam off hangovers. We release runner’s muscle and strengthen the chair-bound. We revive the partied-out and relax the over stimulated. This is yoga designed for real life!
Who are Hotpod Yoga Bristol?
We’re Frances and George! Just a regular couple trying to find our way through this funny thing called life and very luckily stumbled across Hotpod Yoga along the way. Having both practiced and taught with Hotpod Yoga since it's launch in London, we just had to bring it with us when we moved to Bristol. Being part of Hotpod Yoga has brought us fun, given us friends, and always made us feel welcome, whilst continuously challenging ourselves to move further physically and mentally in our lives. We wanted to give Bristol the truly unique experience Hotpod has to offer (and secretly are just pleased to have our very own purple pod to give us somewhere to escape city life and sweat it all out!).
