We offer personal general practitioner and family medical services to patients in Little Stoke, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Stoke Gifford and Filton from a modern purpose built health centre which has recently been extended to include additional consulting rooms. Some clinic appointments are available to book online via your Patient Access account - (please note that registration is required for these accounts). If you wish to see a GP or another member of our Acute Care Clinical Team you can either complete our online enquiry tool called 'Ask My GP' (please visit our website at www.concordmedicalcentre.co.uk) or call the Surgery on 01454 616767 on the day you wish to be seen. Our reception team will ask for you to give a brief description of your symptoms and advise you that the GP will give you a call back within a couple of hours. The GP may be able to deal with your issue over the phone or may ask you to come into the Surgery for a face to face consultation later that day. Opening Times

Following the international IT fault that impacted EMIS (our clinical computer system), we can now confirm that the system is back up and running. Please be aware that, due to the earlier outage, wait times may be slightly longer than usual today as we work through any backlogs.
