As someone who doesn't have a massive presence on socials I wanted to introduce the face behind the name, behind the profile. My name is Kirsty and I offer yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. I am not the greatest at 'social media admin' but I try to stay connected as it's such a big part of the modern world and the way in which we receive information. Hello everyone hope your all feeling the softness and sunshine that Spring has been giving🌞feels like we have finally made it through the depths of Winter🙌

Just wanted to share with you my special offering in March, a 90 minute session starting with grounding and gentle yoga and breath work followed by a 60 minute massage one to one of course. This will be £50 through March. Also check out socials for the discount code when booking any of the other offerings from an hour to the two hour session.

My name is Kirsty and I'm a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist. I'm now offering Ayurvedic Yoga Massage sessions at Feelgood Fitness at The Park in Knowle.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage uses traditional oil based massage strokes along side breath work and assisted stretching. I offer a few options and some of the stretching optional.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or are at all curious and for booking in. I can also offer home visits after an initial consultation/first massage.
