On my birthday this year, I had one special wish — to visit the Bach Centre in Mount Vernon. As I continue my journey to becoming a Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, being there felt like such an important milestone!

At The Helper’s Hands, we’re truly a team. Two years ago, Suzie first introduced me to the beautiful world of Bach Flower Remedies, and on my birthday, Thorsten made sure I could visit the centre itself. 💛

I feel so grateful for these two wonderful people and so honoured to work alongside them. Together we are here to help our clients feel better, naturally. 🙏🌿

Back in October, I began a journey that truly changed my life. Balancing an intense reflexology course alongside driving lessons and 2 jobs was no small feat—but I kept my vision in mind, and even through the stress, I felt more alive than ever! That drive pushed me forward every step of the way 💪

I'm proud to share that I passed my driving test exactly one week before qualifying as a reflexologist—two big milestones, one after the other!🙉🙏

Reflexology has become more than just a skill—it's my passion. And today, I’m officially a fully qualified reflexologist!😍
