How much time do you spend on your phone (good points to watch on this video, link below, for all not just related to children) and do you ever actually switch if off.... ? Not take it to bed with you (even as an alarm).

The studies show so much affect our concentration, communication and mood...... but also the power of distraction, which may be detrimental to your health, happiness and relationships. I know a lot of social business is on line (including some of mine), and I totally agree there is a huge positive to social media, finding courses, challenges, adventures, support and friendship.
I just help a lot of people who suffer chronic anxiety, pressure to deliver, comparison, fears, loss and breakdown. So, I was just curious ..... is your phone helpful to you, and do you have a healthy relationship with it - and where you spend your time and conversations with it?
