Meditating while feeling a dog’s breath is a form of shared mindfulness that can significantly lower stress levels, enhance emotional well-being, and strengthen the bond between human and pet. Dogs are considered natural “mindfulness coaches” because they live in the present moment, helping us humans to focus on the “now” rather than worrying about the past or future.

Just gentle place a hand on your dogs belly, and quietly and calmly follow it’s breath, noticing the tension melt away.

Myths about yoga…
8. You need to do it in a proper studio.

NOT TRUE! The idea that you must practice yoga in a “proper” studio is a common misconception; in reality, yoga can be effectively practiced anywhere, including at home, in a park, or at an office. While studios offer some benefits, they are not necessary for a legitimate, safe, or rewarding practice. Most important thing… is that YOU feel comfortable wherever it is!

I have a whole range of classes in a variety of spaces - from church halls to a library to online (so from your own home!) See the website for more details and choose a class that suits what you want from your workout! Booking link in profile.
