As your body changes during pregnancy to make space for your growing and developing baby there can be aches and pains that arise. Movements that are used in pregnancy yoga help to ease out common areas of discomfort, such as back ache, rib pain, leg cramps and achy feet.

Here are some suggestions for movements that feel nourishing during pregnancy and that are adapted so there is space for your growing baby. Always go with the range of movement that feels good for you on the day depending on how your body feels and your energy levels.

If you want a full guided class with other pregnant mamas to help build your support network during your pregnancy and as you transition into motherhood there's currently space in my Monday evening pregnancy yoga class 6.30-7.30pm. DM me for further info or to book 🙏

MASSIVE congratulations to all the teacher trainees

Such a joy to practice with you all and witness your beautiful teaching at your final teaching assessments today at the end of course.

It's always such an honour to be part of this teacher training course and to witness the growth in everyone's practice and teaching. Loved spending the day with you and the medicine of movement ❤️

I'm so looking forward to sharing mum and baby yoga for another term ☺️. The next block of classes starts on Monday 2nd June, 11.00 - 12.00.

Gift yourself an hour to focus on yourself and your needs. I'll incorporate....

❤️ breathwork to calm and soothe your nervous system,

❤️ movement to help ease out aches and pains and rebuild strength and stability post pregnancy,

❤️ relaxation techniques so you leave feeling rested and restored,

❤️ baby yoga and baby massage so your baby is included in the practice too.

No prior experience of yoga is needed and yoga mats are provided. If that all sounds good get in touch. I'd love to support you on your postnatal and mothering journey!

If you're feeling the need for some time and space to focus on yourself and your needs I have two spaces left in my mum and baby yoga class starting on Monday 28th April at Skyboat Play Cafe in Redland.

❤️ We'll start with a welcome circle, to check in with how you are doing, so I can tailor the class to your needs. You're welcome to say as much or as little as you want at this point.

❤️ We'll use movement and breathwork to settle and soothe your body and mind, and to ease out common postnatal aches and pains.

❤️ I'll offer baby yoga and baby massage movements for your little one so they are incorporated into your practice too. These practices are always done on baby's terms. They can do as much or as little as they want.

❤️ And of course there will be time for rest and relaxation at the end of the class - however that needs to be for you and your little one on the day (it could be lying, sitting or standing, feeding or rocking).

If that all sounds good get in touch. I'd love to support you on your postnatal and mothering journey.

We're getting very excited for our next yoga and aromatherapy workshop in a couple of weeks time. We'll be in Henleaze for three hours of yoga and creativity on Saturday 26th April.

Expect nurturing, energising flows to tap into the energy of spring followed by making your own personalised essential oil blend of mineral-rich bath salts guided by skincare.

Mum and baby yoga is back!!!! Yay!!! I stopped teaching this class at the end of last year as I started working full time. However, a change in my working hours means I can offer it again.

Starting 3 weeks today (Monday 28th April), you'll find me , 11.00 - 12.00. The class will allow you to find space for yourself, ease aches and pains and start to re-build strength post pregnancy and birth. I also offer baby yoga and baby massage movements so your little one is included in your practice.
