Holistic Health and Wellbeing services are available to Private & Corporate Clients on request. Rachel offers group classes, 1:1's and corporate sessions. Rachel is a fully insured Wellbeing Coach and offers 1-1 tailor made sessions to support you in improving your wellbeing. Previously Rachel worked as nurse in mental health for over a decade and she now enjoys taking a holistic approach in her sessions, whether that is through yoga, coaching or a combination of the two. Rachel loves to draw on her trainings from other disciplines in her classes. Rachel encourages you to work to your limits but also to listen to your body so there will be the option to work hard but also respectfully. In the coaching sessions you will be supported to find the solutions you need to make the steps and changes towards improving your wellbeing and achieving your goals.

Can't ask for a much better view whilst waiting for your hair to cook! Massive shout out to .hair_ who is an absolute legend with hair and a gorgeous soul to boot. Bristol folk, if you're in need of a hairdresser recommendation- .of.bristol is the place to go. EVERYONE I've met there is absolutely brilliant, they're all super down to earth and genuinely lovely peeps.

I'm really fortunate to be able to work with a variety of people during different parts of their day. I am the yoga teacher , a fantastic high-end co-working space who really look after their members and promote well-being. I offer lunchtime yoga sessions to get folk moving during the middle of their working day. Having a break and moving the body can really help boost productivity as well as look supporting physical wellbeing. What a difference a day can make!! This was a pic from a stomp around some country fields yesterday!

How do you normally spend your Wednesdays? Do you want to take a bit of time out to move your body and rest your mind?

Yoga is a great way to get used to moving your body intuitively as well as giving the chatter of the mind a bit of a rest. When we head into our 'flow state' it can offer a bit of a break from our worries, to-do lists, stresses and anxiety as it encourages us to be in the here and now a bit more.

Wednesday evenings are a combination of stretch, strength, and play. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for a while, I aim to offer something for everyone.

It's a really relaxed environment in a great space, moments away from Cabot Circus.

When these arrived on my doorstep recently, it was a lovely surprise, and they brought me lots of joy. I'm grateful to have some very kind and thoughtful people in my life.

As we head into November (where the hell has this year gone 🤯!!) I've got a few extra bits n bobs on the timetable.

✨️WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY✨️

As a former mental health nurse, mental well-being is something I've always been interested in and continues to drive and inform my practice and teaching.

I started off doing yoga to try and heal a back injury from a car accident. Whilst yoga absolutely helped me manage my injury and pain levels, I started to notice the huge benefits it was giving my mind and ability to handle my stress.

Yoga doesn't have to be super spiritual if you don't want it to. It can be whatever you need it to be. But I've found for both myself, and many people I've had the joy of teaching, that even if you were just in it to throw some shapes initially, more often than not, improved mental wellbeing often happens along the way.

Last night, we had a beautiful, playful practice in the new space. It's a pleasure recreating our little yoga community that has lost its home a couple of times since the pandemic.

Wednesday evenings are for all levels and are an opportunity for you to go at your own pace without any pressure, have a play with shapes that you personally want to work on and (my favourite) have a chilled Savasana at the end with a lil massage for those who opt in.

Starting this week!!!! There are a few spaces left if you fancy joining me for some mid week yoga - Wednesdays at 17:30-18:30. The venue is just a few minutes away from Cabot Circus and Stokes Croft - there is also secure bike storage for those who want it.

Everything is confirmed, and I CANNOT wait to see you soon!

I'm kicking off in the first week in October. The venue is off Brunswick Square just minutes away from the city centre. It's a gorgeous space,cosy but also spacious, dreamy!

In the past, I've offered anything from 10-100% off!!! My biggest wish is to keep yoga accessible in all ways, be that physical or financial.

Some of you hotpod crew know I've been switching up my schedule a little. I've dropped a couple of the later Tuesday evening classes (I'm still around for the 5:15 class). But now we've added to our daytime schedule, I'm around Thursdays too! Come join me for a mid-morning flow (my personal favourite time to practice, post coffee, pre brunch 😊👌) 10 am sesh or a lunchtime practice.

Less than 2 weeks until our Friday Flow into Slow workshop!!! Just in case you wanted a lil intro, the workshop will be with me and the gorgeous ✨️

We've both been teaching yoga since 2016 and met when I joined the team there in 2021. We've both trained in several styles of yoga and are super excited to join forces and share this workshop with you.

We'll start off with an Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa Flow with some time to explore some balances for those who want to before heading into some slower, dreamy Yin postures to wind things down.

You'll have the input from both of us at all times, whilst one of us is teaching the other will be assisting so plenty of opportunity to refine things you're working on, get guidance on things you're not sure about or just enjoy some hands on assists if you opt in to those. We're hoping the workshop will leave you recharged, restored, and relaxed with a few extra tips for your practice.

We're now into April and it's less than 3 weeks until our workshop ( with me and )

Spaces are starting to fill up so do get booking to guarantee a space to join us for a lush Friday night in. It will be a dynamic Ashtanga inspired yoga flow into dreamy slow Yin with the opportunity to rejuvenate and unwind. The workshop is on the 19th April, 6-8pm.
