🌱 Vegan Camp Out 2022 🐷
Such an amazing time at The Vegan Camp Out. The food was INCREDIBLE... Prawn skewers, ice cream, cakes, burgers, Chinese, sushi, pancakes, crab cakes, hog roast, millionaires shortbread and kimchi galore all with zero lives taken and no animals harmed. Plus the speakers were so INSPIRING... awesome to meet loved completely inappropriate for the time of day but hilarious stand up set and found to be beyond aspirational in all she's achieved. As well as incredible personal stories from and who have both come through such huge adversity with more compassion for animals and love of health than most people have in a lifetime. finished the weekend with a bang. And that's not even mentioning all the amazing activism, and new friends from
Iona kept us on our toes giving herself a black eye on the first day and then stealing everyone's hats and waterbottles while the talks were on! Thank you and for such an awesome time. Can't wait for next year 😍
What an incredible and compassionate community of like minded families to spend a weekend with.

💟501 days of breastfeeding!
🤱🏻Breastfeeding is such a journey in itself. 501 days of being the main source of food and nourishment for this not so little pickle has been so rewarding but also hard as hell at times. The first 8 weeks were hands down the hardest thing I have done in my life. It was agony and it was pure stubbornness that got me through.
👶🏼The rest of the time has been so much easier and I've loved it, but the bites, twiddles, tugs and inability to ever get a break are still things that make this a huge achievement and one I'm ready to celebrate (what says celebration better than a headstand 😂). There is so much I've sacrificed (my backbends have completely disappeared replaced with tight, hunched shoulders!) but it has been worth every second.
👣I never knew I would love that feeling of physical connection so much. To be that one source of comfort and to know that you are so nourished, physically and emotionally is everything.
👩‍👩‍👦I hope we are able to increase support so that this special connection can be accessed by so many more mothers. We wouldn't have made it this far without it and it should be the norm rather than for a privileged few. Special thanks so who was such a key cheerleader in this journey.

Fantastic holiday with the perfect mix of beach, pool, delicious food and of course such wonderful company. Thank you Dad and and Zoe and family for making it so special. Can't wait for next time ❤️

A love of nature courses through her blood and manifests in sniffing every flower we pass!
Thank you so much to the hugely talented .photo for capturing these special moments of this Mummy and her baby soaking up the morning sun. Life with a toddler is teaching me so much presence. Sharing Iona's joy of running through the grass, sniffing the flowers and blowing dandelion clocks is so contagious.
Everyday I have the privilidge of getting a window into discovering the world for the first time, of sharing that endless joy. And every single day I am grateful for getting to spend time doing the best (and hardest) job in the world. My memory bank is looking a lot healthier than my bank balance these days!

💃Family holiday in Rock (Part 2)
Highlights of the second part of the week including these two gorgeous Spanish dancers (thank you Grandpops and Nanajax ), continuous adventures and playing with Aunty and Uncle Samsquatch, meeting up with our faves and in Padstow for a day of hugs, dogs, pasties, pub and fudge!
When can we do it all again?!

Fabulous family week in Rock (part one!)
Beaches, babies, good company and good wine. Fantastic week celebrating 's birthday by the sea. Highlights include building sandcastles and reading stories with Aunty cuddles and paddling with cousin endless hugs and kisses forced upon baby Elowen (!) smiles and waves from uncle 🌊

Harris '22 Part one: the beaches
I am lucky enough to have spent my childhood summers on these beaches. The landscape changes every year as the wind and sea whip the sand into different shapes changing the entire topography of the beaches. Special doesn't come close to how I feel about this island and never have we had a week of pure blue sky 💕
This year, for the first time, we were lucky enough to visit Taransay (off of Castaway!), an uninhabited island of white sand, seals, sea birds and so many shells 🌊

Totally blows my mind that my body made and sustained this perfect little human for almost two years since her creation (with a little help from a few grapes and tofu which are her favourite foods!) I never ever get bored of staring at you, pictures of you and talking about you!
Thanks to for continually feeding me so I can feed her!
