Ever taken this shape (Warrior 3) before? You really should! You'll be strenghtening your core, back legs, feet and ankles. You'll also be stretching the hamstrings and glutes (bum!) on the standing leg, and the hip flexors on the lifted leg. Yup - all that packed into one neat little pose!
